Darke County Record Contacts

Darke County Busted Mugshots is a private reference, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the public office that created or holds the record for those services.

The primary jail is the Darke County Correctional Facility, commonly called the Darke County Jail. The roster provider lists (937) 548-3399 for the jail, but the Records Division is the main written route for a focused public-record request. The sheriff’s response estimate applies to records work and does not guarantee that a booking photograph will be produced within that time.

Use the office that matches the record sought.

  • For a person who may be held now, check the official current-custody roster. It is a listed-jail view, not a historical arrest database.
  • For a sheriff-held report, booking or intake record, use the Sheriff’s Records page and give the person’s name, date range, and agency if known.
  • For an arrest report created by a city police department, contact that arresting agency. Greenville, Versailles, and Arcanum have their own police-record routes, while ordinary county-jail custody checks remain with the county jail.
  • For a case result after booking, use the Darke County Municipal Court for matters within its jurisdiction or the Common Pleas Court for adult felony and grand-jury matters.
  • For a sentenced state-prison or DRC-supervision record, use the Ohio DRC Offender Search. It is separate from the county jail roster.
  • For federal or immigration custody, begin with the relevant federal locator or agency rather than the Darke County Jail.
